Terms and Conditions
RESERVATION
1.1 - Unless otherwise agreed and in compliance with current regulations, requests for stays are accepted only for periods of no less than three nights.
1.2 - Reservations are considered concluded and binding following receipt of a deposit equal to 25% of the rental fee, to be paid in the manner and within the terms requested.
1.3 - In case of cancellation (for any reason), the deposit paid will not be refunded. However, at the discretion of LIVENZARESORTS, it may be considered valid for a new reservation, in the current season or in the following one.
1.4 - Any delays with respect to the expected arrival date must always be communicated; otherwise, after 12:00h. of the following day, the Client will be considered as having renounced and LIVENZARESORTS will be able to fully dispose of and therefore reoccupy the booked accommodation.
1.5 - Under no circumstances will refunds be given for early departures.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
2.1 - Check-in (from 15:00h. to h. 07:30h. on the day of arrival) and check-out (from 09:00h. to 09:30h. on the day of departure) will take place at the LIVENZARESORTS offices, located in Corso del Sole 146 - 30028 Bibione.
2.2 - Any damage or missing items in the accommodation must be reported by 12:00 on the day following the day of arrival; if found by LIVENZARESORTS after this deadline, the holder of the Rental Contract may be considered responsible and therefore required to reimburse the related restoration costs.
2.3 - At the discretion of LIVENZARESORTS, a deposit of Euro 100.00 per accommodation may be requested upon arrival (to be paid in cash), which will be returned upon departure, after checking the condition of the premises. In the event of departures outside of our office opening hours, the return of the deposit will follow methods to be agreed upon.
2.4 - At the end of the stay, the accommodation must be left tidy and clean in all its parts (including the kitchen and dishes); otherwise the cost incurred for cleaning will be charged to the holder of the Contract of Renting.
2.5 - The keys to the accommodation must be returned during check-out; in case of departures outside opening hours according to the agreements to be made with LIVENZARESORTS.
INFORMATION
3.1 - The accommodations are equipped with hot/cold water, electricity (220 V), refrigerator, gas or induction stove, dishes a blanket and a pillow for each bed. Sheets, pillowcases and towels must be brought or rented on site. Gas is supplied by cylinder, when it runs out it will be sufficient to notify LIVENZARESORTS who will promptly contact the company authorised to replace it. The Customer must wait in the accommodation for the arrival of the technicians in charge in order to allow them to enter. This service is carried out every day with the following hours: 09:30/13:00 - 15:00/19:00.
3.2 - Each accommodation has a parking space; the car must be parked only in the assigned parking space in compliance with the agreements with LIVENZARESORTS. The parking spaces have been designed to park cars of normal dimensions (max length 5.00m. x width 1.90m. x height 2.10m.) and therefore the possibility of parking vehicles of larger dimensions is not guaranteed.
3.3 - Pets (small domestic animals, maximum two per accommodation) are allowed only in the resorts indicated in our catalogues, websites and apps.
3.4 - In the resorts with a swimming pool, the times and rules displayed for their use must be respected.
3.5 - Authorized personnel of LIVENZARESORTS may enter the accommodation to carry out repairs, maintenance and checks even in the absence of the Client. In the event of serious non-compliance by the tenant, the immediate vacating of the premises may be ordered, using, if necessary, the police, in addition to the possibility of requesting compensation for any damages.
3.6 - In special cases, including booking errors and for unforeseeable reasons, LIVENZARESORTS reserves the right to replace the booked accommodation with another with similar or superior characteristics, at no additional cost to the Customer. The request for a particular accommodation (number, floor, view, etc.) is taken into consideration but not guaranteed and therefore in no case can it be considered contractually decisive. For reasons of safety and prudence imposed by the Authorities, also related to health emergencies, some services included in the offer may not be provided during the stay: in these cases LIVENZARESORTS is to be considered completely exonerated from the breach.
3.7 - The rental fee does not include any municipal taxes/duties that may be due by the Client.
3.8 - In the event of legal disputes, the court is that of territorial jurisdiction for Bibione at the time.
3.9 - The pictures of the resorts and accommodations present in our catalogues, price lists, websites and apps are indicative because they were taken over time and in the best situations for the image result. Each accommodation has its own characteristics and therefore may differ from the images and plans reproduced, which have purely explanatory value. Only those contained in our catalogues, price lists, websites and apps in their most recent released version are considered official information. All data is periodically checked, however they may contain possible misprints and/or various errors that cannot by their very nature be taken as a basis for dispute.
3.10- These terms and conditions form an integral part of the Contract of Renting and are therefore expressly accepted at the time of booking (sending of the confirmation deposit). The version having legal value is only the one in italian, available by clicking here.
